V skladu z Uredbo o odvajanju in čiščenju komunalne odpadne vode (Ur.l.RS, št. 98/15, 81/19, 194/21)so obstoječe greznice dovoljene do 31.12.2025. Po izteku tega datuma bo potrebno obstoječe greznice zamenjati za MKČN, ki izpolnjuje kriterije po slovenski zakonodaji. Seznam ustreznih MKČN je objavljen na spletni strani Gospodarske zbornice Slovenije.
Obvestilo upravljavcem površin
Obveščamo vse upravljavce površin, iz katerih se odvaja padavinska voda v kanalizacijo, da:
na svojih površinah redno čistijo in vzdržujejo utrjene površine, peskolove in lovilce olj,
čistijo in vzdržujejo svoje kanalizacijske cevi, namenjene odvajanju padavinske vode.
