In conformità con il Regolamento sullo scarico e il trattamento delle acque reflue urbane (Gazz. Uff. della RS, nn. 98/15, 81/19, 194/21), le fosse biologiche esistenti sono consentite fino al 31/12/2025. Dopo tale data, le fosse biologiche esistenti dovranno essere sostituite con PID conformi ai criteri previsti dalla legislazione slovena. L’elenco dei PID idonei è pubblicato sul sito web della Camera di Commercio e Industria della Slovenia.

Informiamo tutti i gestori delle superfici da cui l’acqua piovana viene scaricata nella rete fognaria che:
sulle loro superfici, devono pulire e manutenere regolarmente le superfici pavimentate, i separatori di sabbia e i separatori di olio,
pulire e manutenere le condotte fognarie destinate allo scarico delle acque piovane.
