Namera o sklenitvi neposredne pogodbe za oddajo prodajnega mesta na tržnici v Luciji
PREDMET RAZPISA: Javno podjetje Okolje Piran, d.o.o. objavlja namero o sklenitvi neposredne pogodbe za oddajo v najem prodajnega mesta za daljše časovno obdobje (stalni prodajalci) na Tržnici v Luciji. Predmet oddaje je prodajno mesto št. 4, označeno na priloženi skici. Letna najemnina znaša 100,36 EUR brez DDV, za leto 2025 pa se plača sorazmerni del najemnine. Pogodba bo sklenjena za določen čas do 31. 12. 2028.
