za oddajo v najem površine – podkriti prostor na plaži v Portorožu (pasaža) v velikosti cca. 22 m2, na parc. št. 1570/4 k.o. Portorož, za obdobje sedmih ( 7 ) let.
Površina bo oddana v najem po metodi neposredno sklenjene pogodbe.
